Confusing situation

I've found myself in a really confusing situation. A while ago now me and my friend got drunk and both fooled around a bit , until that moment I had never experienced anything with another guy and I know he hadn't either . Ever since that night it keeps happening , also I have developed feelings towards him and I know what I want and where I want it to go . For him on the other hand he is still saying he isn't gay or bi and it's just something that happens . I've asked him if he regrets it and he says no he likes it and he doesn't mind it happening but also he has said that he is still interested in girls , he is currently talking to a girl . The thing is he is 18 but never had sex with a girl , I'm pretty sure he is gay or at least bi but maybe he wants to try something with a girl to see if he actually like it or not.

I guess what I'm asking is has anyone else experienced this and what happened ? What do I do? Does it sound like he does like guys ? I would believe him more if he didn't admit to liking having sex and fooling around so much , he said to me The only reason he doesn't want to do it as much now is because he is talking to a girl.
