This is a fact.

When one reads history, one can observe how bad white race people have been over peoples of other races.

But also, one can observe that at the end of the day, the benefit has been general and peoples from other races have obtained improvement in their lives, their societies became better, their knowledge increased thanks to the acquired knowledge of white race people.
