Electrical Issues

Hey im new here and im in the process of rebuilding my 1986 jeep comanche. I have most of the electrical bugs worked out but when i turn the bright lights on the lights come on but the indicator does not! the bulb is working because sometimes when i have the brights on randomly the indicator works. Also the low fuel light is constantly on no matter what. Any one have any trouble shooting suggestions???
