Advice in relationship with female I love but also went on bi/gay dating apps

Howdy need some advice and to talk to someone maybe been through similar in the past!
I'm in a relationship and been committed to it for 6 years with a female who I love to bits
But few years ago I got a urg to go on a dating app and talk to guys then
For a couple years I was good didn't go on it and went without it
Then this year started to chat on there again
Talked to a few guys online , I never met up with them chatted online etc
I'm not attracted to guys physically don't find guys hot etc or anything it was just the thrill of talking to guys online but then ild feel guilty for doing it then wouldn't do it for a while! My partner found out about it and is understanding about it but I need to find awnser why I do it and will it come back maybe in the future ...
I couldn't kiss or cuddle guys or anything like that not one bit interested in that!
As I don't want to be that person as
I'm happy with my relationship and loving partner
I think personally it was more of a fantasy of getting the thrill from it
