"Link the World" or "World Link"?

My company is going to launch a series of meetings and activities concerning press, media, and communication. The themes or the titles of these events consist of a common part and a different part. For example, "Link the World - modern media development in China" and "Link the World - media synergy under the Road and Belt Initiative".

The common part needs to convey the meaning of communiating with the rest of the world so as to strengthen understanding between China and the other countries as well as among different countries and regions. My manager proposes to use "Link the World" or "World Link". Which one is better? Are there any better words or phrases to express the meaning?

I hope an English speaker in the forum could give me a suggestion. Thank you!
