Hello, I live in the state of Colorado. The court ordered that my son's father pay $140/mo in child support, based off of the state formula, and his reported income and the other children he has. However, this year, I have suspected that he is making more money then what is reported. I'm not sure how to go about this or investigate this hunch. I know I can request a modification review from Child Support Enforcement, however, I suspect that he is getting paid under the table. Any suggestions as to how I can research this concern I have?
Do you really want to do this? If you rat him out you may get less or nothing. Do you hate him that much? Also the kid is his too, do you want to drive a wedge?
