Propose to him. Yes, women can and do propose marriage to the guy. If he says no, tell him your feelings and that you want the world or at least friends and family to know you are committed to each other. If he still refuses marriage, find out why and then decide whether you can continue as you both currently are, or, if this is where the relationship ends.
