Any customer service tips that aren't PLATITUDES like
PLEASE NO:
Be a good listener;
Anticipate client's needs before they ask;
ETC...
We work with our client 5 days a week throughout the entire year. I am not talking about random strangers coming into a restaurant or store (who may or may not come back). On many occasions, we are on a first name basis.
We have a candy jar setup for people who stop by the file room. Looking for small things that add up (subliminally). Maybe award the person who makes the most requests (as the King or Queen of the File Room AKA Foursquare)... awarded at the end of the year with a small trinket?
@tsarstepan,
award points for every request that doesn't require clarification?
