"Not both of my parents like meats"
Is this grammatically correct?

Also if I say "Both of my parents do not like meats"
does this have the same meaning as the sentence above?
Either mum or dad doesn't like meats. That's what I want to say.

Thank you so kindly for your help.

Either:

Neither of my my parents like meat.

or

Both of my parents don't like meat.

Note that the word for edible animal flesh is meat (singular).
