Which of the following sentence is correct?

1) She went upstairs to GET her car keys.

2) She went upstairs to FETCH her car keys.

Also, IN YOUR OWN WORDS, how would you express the above concept?

Both are acceptable.

In my own words: She went upstairs and got the car keys.
