here correct ans is "have" but why "has" is wrong?
india is a singular verb so it should take "has"?
1. India is a (proper) noun, not a verb.
2. 'To have' in expressions of this type is called the 'perfect infinitive'. It can have the same kind of meaning as perfect or past tenses.
