TITHES

I have several christian based fellowships that I support. I give a great deal more than ten percent of my income in support of these organizations. However, it is my Church affiliation that is constantly bombarding the issue of giving of at least ten percent to that fellowship. Is there some scriptural basis that supports the idea that your tithe can only be accomplished through giving to that Christian based fellowship?
