Is it correct to say "If you missed (not miss) the train I'm on, you will see that I'm gone.." in a real-time situation (I'm on the train already)? And would "If you've missed the train I'm on..." also be Okay in the same context?

The sentences are better written, "if you missed the train I'm on, you will have seen that I am gone;" and "if you have missed the train I'm on, you will see that I'm gone."
