Still Life - Help with Artist Signature

I came upon this nice oil on board and was hoping someone would have better luck than I have had so far identifying this artist. On the back of the board is quite a bit of writing and the piece appears to have been in Chile, South America for some time. However the script is something I'm having trouble reading. Can anyone identify the artist? Thank you!
