Hi, I have become a member because of a discussion with a friend who believes the earth is flat. He comes with a lot of "proof".
Convenient physics and observational conclusions and a lot more subjective things.
Please help me to explain in a comprehensive , but scientific way that the eart is round

If he is willing to present proof that the earth is flat, you probably just need to let it go. There is a group of flat earth folks, it's a "real" thing (sort of like Scientology). I'd just tell him the subject is off limits or stop associating with him.
