I haven't seen you in a long time.

If I meet someone after a long time what do I need to say "I haven't seen you in a long time. Where have you been?" or "We haven't met in a long while. Where have you been?"

Can we also say "I didn't see you for a long time. Where were you?"?

@Tufguy,
I'd probably go with, "It has been a long time, HOW have you been?"

Asking where seems more like an interrogation rather than a show of concern.
