Three monkeys are sitting on a tree. Two decide to climb down. How many are left in the tree? option 1)1 is left
option 2)None, all 3 monkeys climbed down
option 3)2 are left
We say sitting in a tree. You said two monkeys "decided" to climb down. You didn't say how many actually did climb down.
