How do you say this in Latin?

In Latin there are two ways to express a negative imperative.
1. Noli (singular) or nolite (plural) plus the infinitive
2. Ne plus the subjunctive (second person singular or plural)

The Latin for "to lie" is mentiri.
The Latin for "to quit" is te abdicare.

Using the first way to express prohibition (negative imperative):
Noli mentiri et noli te abdicare.

Using the second:
Ne mentiaris et ne te abdices.
