Saying nice to meet you in Spanish (Dominican) (Puerto Rican)

Let's say I am meeting someone's mother. I would like to be formal, polite and respectful. What is the best way to say "It's very nice to meet you." in Spanish if she is from the Dominican Republic.

Also, let's say I am meeting someone's father. Same question, but he is from Puerto Rico
