So there is this girl that I like at my school. I have known her since kindergarten. I know her well enough that I can talk to her without being awkward, but not so well that I am friend zoned. Whenever I see her outside of school I wave to her and she waves back. She has never been mean to me. She laughs at stuff I say a lot (in a nice way). She also came and said good job and talked to me a few months ago when I lasted 3 minutes by myself against 4 really good players in a dodgeball tournament when my team got wiped out. We are very similar. I used to play hockey and she is in figure skating so we both like ice skating. We also both like animals. I usually try to be really nice to people and she is a very sweet girl and the last person I would expect to be mean to someone. She is kind of shy and I am almost sure she has never dated anyone. I would kind of like to ask her to homecoming next year as we are similar and I think she may be willing to go with me. Also she hasn't gotten asked out by anyone she was interested in, which I am guessing is why she hasn't dated anyone before. I know other boys like her, but there are only a few that do and I know her much better than any of them. I would guess that out of the boys in my grade, I probably know her the best, or I know her better then most of them. Since she is shy the boys don't usually pay much attention to her. She isn't one of the popular girls everyone wants to date, but I still really like her. I need some advice/what you guys think.
@JauneCena,
for god's cake, ask her if she'd like to do something with you. Anything. If you lollygag ar0und more, someone else is likely to ask her for something first. The worst that';; happen is she'll say no, and it would only hurt for a little while.And it sounds like there's a good chance she might say yes.
