Kesai Yeisen Original Woodblock?

Greetings members. I've been told that this woodblock is an original and was created by Kesai Yeisen. I have spent some time searching the .net for works by Kesai Yeisen (Kesai Eisen) and cannot find this particular piece online. Can someone please let me know if this is a work by Kesai Yeisen and whether they believe it to be an original?
