This is the missing third thread in the " what made you ----- today?" stream. It was hidden in a secret underground cha\mber in the remains of an ancient library and I have brought it back for your pleasure.
What made you chortle ( or at least chuckle) today?
I discovered that Britney Spears has promoted a perfume called curious. THis is funny for two reasons:
1) It is funny to watch her struggle with polysyllables, and use words incorrectly ,
AND (most importantly)
2) Who wants to smell curious?
This is a few years old, but I saw a re-run of a clip on TV of our deputy prime minister John Prescott punching a man who egged him during the 2001 election campaign. I'm no Labour supporter, but I couldn't help but chuckle at a senior politician punching a member of the public. Good on him, I say! Can you imagine Colin Powell doing that?

A large 50ish woman was standing at bus stop wearing a sweatshirt with some cute and cuddly kittens in pink and purple. She was chatizing some kids, telling them to grow up because of some infraction. A man standing next to her, took one look at the shirt and said, " grow up, don't you think you're a little old for that"...ha ha ha
Passed a church billboard last night while driving, drinking a coke - which ended up coming out of my nose....Sigh read "Wanted: salt of the earth, not religious nuts..."
