Leading on

So recently(about 9 months ago) my ex randomly started talking to me again out of the clear blue. We hadn't talked in nearly eight months prior to that. Long story short we've been hanging out a lot, and pretty much talking everyday(although she seems to reply on her time). However, I feel like she's only talking to me when she's bored or in between other men, even though she knows how I feel. Every time I try to bring it up she just says she doesn't know what to do about it, but whenever I decide to cut her off since she can't make up her mind, she acts like she doesn't care but then gets extremely mad. Is she emotionally manipulating me into being friends even though she has no interest in dating? Sorry everything is kind of all over the place
