What do you think about this quote

Grammar: you can't say "more easier". Either "easier" or "more easy".

Its probably an attempt at translating a dictum...any thoughts on the topic?

Is it a 'motto'? It seems to be an exhortation to renounce grudges. At the risk of sounding waspish, my thoughts, such as they are, seem to be clustering around words like 'trite', 'homespun', 'folksy', etc. Like 'a stranger is just a friend you haven't made yet'. You used to see them in the Reader's Digest, or magazines targeted at old ladies.
