What if big bang was point where higgs field lower its energy and it completly riuned other universe where maximum speed (light speed constant) would be higher and thats why we still accelerating towards all directions?

Can be theory like this be easily rejected?

No, because it is not well defined. The more precisely you define it, the more likely it is to be easily rejected.
