@Shannen,
A fitness routine is only as good as establishing one that can be sustained. The regimen you outline seems pretty rigorous, IMHO. What kind of shape are you in now? How often have you been going to the gym up until now? what has your activity routine been so far?
The human body likes consistent activity and benefits most from a solid repeatable routine. Sudden changes in intensity or sessions per week will often produce negative results in the short
and long run.
Questions for you to consider:
What was your routine and sessions per week prior to this one? What do you consider your goals in general and in specific? Are you planning competitive sports or participating in some athletic team? If you're not in competitive sports activity but have a goal of just general FITNESS, CONSIDER MODIFICATION OF THE REGIMEN YOU PROPOSED - BOTH IN INTENSITY AND SESSIONS PER WEEK.
{EDIT: sorry for caps}
Doing too much too soon can often produce staleness or can invite physical injury or some sort of emotional let-down. The big picture is to pursue an activity that is likely to sustain over time (too much intensity or sessions is unlikely to sustain unless that is something that you've done in the past and been successful.)
Rome wasn't built in a day. Good luck with your goals.
