It depends on where she lives. In some cultures/countries people wear wedding bands on their right hand (my parents and most of their friends were right hand wedding band wearers).


You'll have to talk to the woman you are interested in - find out if the ring is purely decorative or whether it has a relationship meaning (let alone whether it indicates sexuality).
