Hello, when i'm uploading a 10 minutes video its taking 2.5 hours, i checked and saw that a 7 minute video is uploading only few minutes, i checked task manager and saw that i'm using less that 5% of my internet, how can i increase it(to 90% for example)?

It might be on YouTube's end - I have noticed variances in upload speeds, and YT seems to be the culprit.
