How do I terminate the wires for this Android device?

I received this device and the following specification from the manufacturer:

"Power Supplier 18-36VDC
Power Consumption =< 25W

What component do I need to use to terminate these copper wires so I can power this device?

Golly Dan we can't know without knowledge of the gadget itself. I'm supposing you'd have to terminate the apparent shielded/coax in some kind of connector which might then plug into the device

It is a small screen with an integrated android player. I purchased this: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00ZBCLJSY/ - am I correct in that I can use this to power it on?
