PLEASE HELP ME I MESSED UP BAD

I had half and half hair, one half black and the other, red. I decided to do all red and used hicolor highlights in magenta. I know i know tint cant remove tint and i know i just wasnt thinking. Im not an expert ya know? So ive got half of my hair super bright red since i dyed over it (which i realize i messed up bc i left on as if i was doing a first time application) and then the black side is still black but with red roots. I thought i could use color oops to get the tint out and then redye all of it black. Before i mess my hair up any more what would any of you recommend i do? And whats the least amount of time i can wait to put the black in? Because i need to find a job asap and a bad dye job says as much as a resume. I was actually dying it all one color so it wouldnt be as ccrazy. Please help me..
