You may have dry skin, try a moisturizer. I use Johnson & Johnson Aveeno, which I get from my doctor, but you can buy it in pharmacists.

3 things:

• Use a moisturizer (Aveeno is a really good choice as it is hypoallergenic
  
• Drink water. Not soda, not coffee. Water.
  
• Use a humidifier during the winter.

I started having varicose eczema about 5 years and I was suffering for a couple of years with really dry itchy legs. I arranged to see my doctor but he was away on the day and I saw a different one. She handed me a sample pack of Aveeno and said "try this". I got more relief in 10 minutes than all the urea creams I had been using. Now I get it prescribed. The trouble is my wife loves it so much!
