i afraid talk with my neighbor in apartment

i am a boy and 24 years old. i like a women in our apartment ( we are neighbor ). we see each other and greeting 2 times in elevator. she is very beautiful and polite and affable.
i want to talk with her but i don't know how can?! I'm afraid to talk to her because she is financially better than me and she is older than me ( more 6-8 years ). And I'm living with my parents and I'm afraid she tells the family that i annoying her.
i want to talk and attracted her to me but i don't know what words are great ? and we are see each other in elevator just for 2 floor ( she goes to parking )
