Found a painting at goodwill...Is it famous?

Hey I'm new here! I found a painting at goodwill. It looks Mexican or Aztec I amnot really sure. The artwork looks amazing though and unique features such as the feet. I know it's the 19th century from the paper and reasearch it's closed weave. The signature is confusing, I can't interpret it. Looks like 3 3 but it could be two M's if turned sideways.
