Surrealist Lithograph Signed And Dated

I came across this interesting piece at an art auction. It is signed and dated in the lower right however I cannot find anything on the artist. At the top of the image are the words "Hello Dali!". It's an interesting piece but would like to know if anyone has come across similar works by this artist. Thanks!
