My bf and I were at a low point, I found PM on his facebook account from a girl that started out innocent then they exchanged nudes and fantasies. No physical contact and until I confronted him I only felt neglected and did not suspect anything. He own up to the messages but does not know I saw the nudes. He has stopped talking to her the minute I asked him too but now I am concerned everytime I see him active on facebook. He has never given me any reason to worry in the past. And I am afraid my insecruities are keeping me from getting past this. suggestions...

I think it depends on what kind of relationship you two have currently.
If you are at a low point then you can expect him to talk to other woman if he is lonely. Maybe he wants to move on but you don't. Maybe ask him if that is where you two are at in this relationship, but then again i don't know what you two are going through during the "low point".
