Alien dream contact or just subconxious

I grew up n New York my uncle claimed to have had a ufo land in from of his te like and everything go dead. I always found Uris intersti get but never saw any I move to Southern California and about 2016 I saw a ufo. I was driving and saw a light and moving back and fourth then blink of light was gone. Two days ago February 2016 I had a dream I saw myself b brought up to space I saw the stars plants the universe I could see but not move I remember thinking am I being unducted but was calm. I then saw lots of men in all black I could not see faces but outlines they were looking at me and showing me this room and then I felt myself being brought back I woke up instantly confused and my dogs were all barking in my room hours had lapsed and I want to know if I was contacted or just a dream. I do believe in aliens 100% but never had anything like this? Please just need a real opinion on this no bs if there are any experts in this field let me know
