@rossk0675,
You can repair your own credit.

Cut up all but your lowest interest rate credit card. Only use it for emergencies. Consolidate your debt onto it.

Talk to your creditors and work out payment plans with them. Most of them are delighted to get something, anything. Work with them, so they don't say you are late with payments, which can negatively impact your credit score even further.

Talk to family members, see if anyone can help you with a loan, at least for a short period of time, and put it toward your credit card debt. Get those numbers down because you are being charged exorbitant interest and it is making your debt worse.

Look through your bills. You do not need an iPhone. You do not need expensive pay cable. See if your cable or phone company will give you a discount for bundling services, but don't bundle in services that you don't need. Don't pay an extra $5/month for HBO or whatever, because that is $60 at the end of the year and it will be worth more than $60 to you if you put it toward your credit card debt.

See if you can raid your retirement fund at work and, again, ONLY USE IT TO PAY OFF YOUR CREDIT CARD DEBT. And put that money back as soon as you can, because you will need it later.

Cut your regular expenses. Don't take expensive vacations. Stop eating out. You don't need 50 different shades of lipstick. You don't need 12 pairs of jeans. You don't need 30 pairs of shoes. You don't need a latte every morning from Starbucks. You don't need the fastest PC.

Raid your supermarket for cheaper options and clip coupons and use them. This is not to say you should buy things you don't want because you have a coupon for them. Instead, consider that beans are cheaper than beef per pound, so change your eating habits. And stop buying convenient prepared items. A head of lettuce is cheaper than a bagged salad (but if you will eat the bagged salad and not throw it away, it may be cheaper for you). Whole vegetables are cheaper than precut and pre-washed ones.

Walk or take a bike instead of driving, if you can. And ditch the gym membership for walking in your area or the mall, or jogging in the area. Follow YouTube exercises videos at home if you miss classes.

Adjust your thermostat, and keep it at 68 F for the winter and 72 F for the summer. Put on a sweater in the winter and drink some ice water in the summer.

Don't buy any level of gasoline beyond whatever is the cheapest. Read your owner's manual and learn how to do basic things like change a tire, fill up your wiper fluid, change your wipers, and even change your oil. This will save you on towing costs and service fees. And do whatever you can to keep your car running. If you absolutely must replace it, scour Craigslist and your local penny saver type of newspaper and look for bargains, and get your prospective bargain to a mechanic after you have checked CarFax. Shop around; you don't have to take the first one and it does not have to be stylish, but it must be safe and reliable. And, if you are anywhere above the Mason-Dixon line, you can live without air conditioning in your car (I have done this; a few 90 degree days in Delaware were not fun, but you just drive early in the morning and late in the evening, and you drive to places with air conditioning, like a mall or work or even the grocery store).

Learn how to fix basic clothing issues such as rips or defective zippers, or take them to the local dry cleaner or seamstress for repairs. Take your shoes to a shoemaker rather than replace them.

Learn basic home repairs. It doesn't have to be anything fancy, but learn how to plunge your sink and keep it clear and you won't pay a plumber as often. Clean your own home and don't pay for a cleaning service.

There's more, I'm sure.

But don't pay to repair your credit. Do it yourself.
