adding funds to facebook

For some crazy reason facebook sent me this message:

Suspended Payment Method: It looks like you're trying to add a payment method that's been temporarily suspended for security reasons. Please let us know if you believe your payment method is secure or add a different payment method.

I have been using Paypal for years to put money into facebook. For a week Ive submitted questions about this issue to them and haven't heard a word back.
