all my life i did physical exercise and trained for soccer, this summer that just pasti got injured in my groin area. i was working with my dad everyday and couldnt go to practices but i played my games. at the end of the season after 18 games. my groin felt fucked. i didnt do anything about it really i always was the type of person to play over it and just let it be. but in october i started physio( my season finished end of august) i had 9 sessions i felt a difference but he said i had to keep going. i stopped because of financial reasons. i stretch everyday. and i still feel pain. less than before of course. i followed classes in high school i know enough to know whats happening to me and partially what i need to do but i need to know if i can fix what i have with what im doing. which is basically to stretch every morning and night. i was actually trying to reinforce the muscle with weight involved exercises but i felt pain when doing that so i stopped and going to steretch for about 20-30 minutes every session. what i need to know is wyour input what do you guys suggest. i got an ultrasound i dont have an ernia.

Talk to your doctor about a more affordable therapy plan. You don't want to undo what you have been working so hard to achieve.
