my daughter's snap chat account has been blocked without any explanation. there is no message in the email account used to create the snap chat account. i have followed through all the help on the snapchat support and they all lead back to saying account is blocked and i cannot get the account unblocked.
my daughter is not using any third party applications which snap do not allow.

did you read snapchat's TOS?
that might help you to narrow it down...

Terms of Service.
it's a legal contract of sorts that your daughter had to agree to when she created her account.
it should specify the reasons that they might block an account...
