What iron setting to use? Label says use a cool iron if needed. Item is a sport coat with nylon lining. Have iron with cotton setting and steam, but that's not "cool", is it?

It's not. I would go with something cooler because of the nylon. You don't want it to shrink. The sport coat's manufacturer might have info on this (possibly on their website or you could ask on Amazon if you purchased it through them).
