Training my dog with latin command words.

Reply Mon 6 Feb, 2017 08:41 am
I would like to train my soon to be puppy(Polaris) in Latin. I have chosen Latin because it is not well known, but it is a root language. I will not be needing Latin translations for commands that other people will require such as sit, stay, drop it, or let go because I want anyone to be able to have him do those things in case of emergencies. However I want to have a few things just between him and I.
So what are latin words(not phrases) I can use for:

don't move a single muscle.

Stay beside me whether I'm moving or not.

Go potty.

Hold onto an object gently.

Lay flat on your belly.

Crawl on the ground.

Fetch the (item) i.e. "fetch the ball" but having the order interchangeable with "fetch the rope/rabbit/collar/leash/etc.

And any others you think may be useful.

I'm keeping this very professional so little things like roll over aren't necessary. And again I need single words, but I want them to be as grammatically correct as possible. Thank you in advance for your help.
