No it's not. This is someone asking for help with an English test. There's only one right answer. Pretty much all of the examples given mean the same thing, but there's only one right answer. If I said the election results are on the paper or that I had to prepare a cheque you would know what I mean, but they'd still be wrong.
The fact that the word
cheque isn't spelled
check should give some indication that the student is learning standard international English, not American English.
Published may well be perfectly acceptable in American English vernacular, but it's not this side of the pond.
