HELP PLEASE!!!! Cannot I.D. this artist

If you like it, thats what is important. I dont think its a widely known artist.
Think its one of those"For tourists" paintings done wet on wet , in the plazas. I know Rockwell Kent would use indigo toned skies but he would blend them outward. Besides, his style is altogether different thn yours.
