5'3" is the correct protocol for five feet, three inches

@ranjeet,
Are you in pain? Do you have arthritis or any other condition of the bones?

I think 14 is too young to declare that growth is done. I see young men who grow after going through military boot camps - age 18 plus.

You are unlucky. Not a whole lot of women want to date a guy that is shorter than her. You are stuck with 5'3" or shorter.

Then he should do everything possible to become rich. Short rich men don't have any problems getting girls and are not "unlucky."

Go into any middle school and see the big disparity in heights of the boys and girls. No way should they be told at ages 12 - 15 that they have stopped growing unless he has a bone condition. Thats not entirely clear from the OP. g.

I'm skeptical that he even asked. Seems like such an odd thing for a doctor to even say. Besides I thought the only bones that fuse naturally was the skull. The femur and tibia don't fuse to lock in height.

There is an evasive procedure that is painful and dangerous which they break the femur and attach tension bars on the outside of your leg. Every day you turn a knob to extend the separation as your bone attempts to rebuild itself until the desired height is achieved.
