One of my grammar assignment is like this: She enjoys participating in various sports such as hiking, swimming, and surfing. However, her favorite sport is undoubtedly swimming due to its incomparable health benefits. _______, she appreciates that swimming strengthens her arms, legs, and lungs.

In the gap, I use 'In fact'. It was marked as incorrect. 'For example/ For instance' is provided as the correct answer.

I am suspicious about the incorrectness of my answer. Can anybody help me?

This is an example of a health benefit from swimming, thus the obvious choice of answer is 'for example'.

@centrox,
They listed these words " Indeed, In fact, Notably, Significantly" under the title "Emphasis'.

They describe "In fact" as below:
"To show emphasis or to make something stand out very clearly, we can say this:
I forgot my passport. In fact, I've forgotten my passport for my last two trips".

Do you think they are correct?
