Ive had burning, tingling and redness on my penis and testicles on and off for 2 years. it started after having unprotected sex 2 years ago and has never really gone away. it usually bothers me after masturbation for a few days then goes away. I been tested for everything including Hiv(blood) syphilis gonorrhea, chlamydia and herpes(HSV1 & 2 blood IGM and IGG) all were negative. Ive seen 3 plus doctors and nobody has been able to help. I know my symptoms sound like herpes but I tested negative for them. Is this all in my head or do you think I have something?

not to be nosy re where you live, but is there a university teaching hospital near you? Probably all of those have clinics that are usually worth checking out, or, if money isn't a problem, have staff physicians who know a lot.

I've been helped by two of those hospitals, UCLA and UNM over a lot of years.
My stuff isn't about stds, but I know they have departments that deal with them.

that was one of the doctors I went to he gave me some topical cream which helped a little
