STD/Balantis/Yiest Infection?

ok, I'm freaking out a bit. 4 nights ago I noticed maybe about 5 red dots on my penis head. I'm uncircumcised. They are not bumps, nor filled with fluid, but simply red dots. They are near the corona mainly. Not all together but fairly spread out. I freaked out and went somewhere where they do STD testing and give you results in 15-20 min. It was pretty expensive so I only got a herpes 2 test and it came back negative. The doctor told me I only need a syphilis test and plan on getting it done. I also saw online that it could also be balantis or something like that. Or maybe a yeast infection. So I bought Mobistat 7, but so far in 4 days they haven't seem to go away. Any ideas on what I should try or what it is?
