Eugene Levy as a cowboy maybe?

I can swear that when I was younger I saw Eugene Levy play a cowboy dressed in white on SNL. I can not remember what the skit was about, but I do remember his bushy eyebrows! It is an image that has been burned into my memory, although when I google, I can find nothing. Any help would be appreciated
