Lovatts Non-Response regarding duplicate puzzles

Hi all,
Recently discovered that the Baffler in the current Cluewords 125 is identical to the one published in Colossus 149 (Nov 2013). Also the Cryptic in Holiday 103 is identical to the one in UK Giant 107.
I was always lead to believe that the busy puzzlers at Lovatts produced fresh competition crosswords every issue.
I emailed Lovatts for clarification a month ago but received no reply.
Don't get me wrong - I love their puzzles and will continue to eagerly do them - but just seem duped !!!
